I am based in Wokingham in Berkshire, but will travel wherever required.
My expertise is focused on helping entrepreneurial businesses define, articulate, implement and measure performance against Business/Strategic Plans, including ensuring an appropriate and scalable financial structure is in place to enable Plans to be delivered. I also work with Boards to formulate and implement exit strategies and support them through a sale or purchase process. In addition, I frequently act as a Non-Executive Director and/or coach and mentor.
